Founder & CEO
Jeff McLean
As an inspiring leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Jeff progressed up to the C-suite as a commercially minded & tenacious executive, holding roles at some of the fastest growing ASX 200-listed companies including Eclipx, FlexiGroup and Credit Corp over a +15 year period.
In 2019, he successfully co-led a management buy-out of Grays.com (in partnership with private equity), and delivered substantial business growth, scale and drove a 400% increase in profitability.
Leveraging his 20+ years experience in both private & public companies, Jeff established Upscaled in 2022 to help other Australian businesses grow and scale profitably.
Leveraging a blend of people leadership, multinational P&L management, digital marketing and e-commerce skills, he’s one of Australia’s leading scale-up executives.
